WELCOME TO THE ANTHEM PIPE CASE CLASS ACTION LITIGATION WEBSITE

This website is designed to provide class members with information regarding the class action litigation entitled Joan Kirsch  V. Del Webb Coventry Homes Inc., et. al., CV2007-023536.  The website is brought to you and maintained by Class Counsel and will periodically be updated with events occuring in the litigation.  The Class includes approximately 3623 homeowners in the Anthem Community.  The claims include past, present and future damages sustained due to premature failures in the copper hot water pipes originally installed unsleeved beneath the slab.  The homes are located in an area known to have corrosive soils.  As a result of the combination of the installation technique and the soils conditions, it is alleged that Thermal Galvanic Corrosion ("TGC") will occur in every home affected.  TGC is a condition that results in pin hole leaks in the hot water pipes.

Homeowners are encouraged to contact Class Counsel to discuss suspected pipe failures and review lawsuit information updates and the F.A.Q. page on this site.
